As part of our Centenary celebrations and Lenten Program, we are attempting to make 100 Blood donations to the Red Cross Blood Bank. We are currently organising transport for small groups of 4 – 7 people to a donation centre over the next few weeks. Please contact the parish office if you would like to donate.

On the weekend of 9 & 10 March, we started selling our blankets to be given to the homeless and our baby blankets for women in refuges.

Selling the blankets was supposed to be a Lenten project, however in typical All Hallows’ style, our parishioners jumped on board with such enthusiasm, we sold more than our quote over the first weekend!!

In addition, All Hallows’ School was collecting various items to be put together for personal care packs for the homeless. Again, we were overwhelmed with the generosity of our school families.

Altogether, the St Vincent de Paul Society will be given:

  •  145 blankets for the homeless

  • 128 baby blankets for women’s refuges

  • 201 personal care packs for the homeless

A BIG thank you to everyone who gave for this important outreach programme!
